Did you slip back into any old habits that you wish you hadn't? Did you gain any new habits that you wish you would have walked away from? Did you discover the evils of Nutella? 'Fess up ... we won't tell.Vices... what an interesting topic for the day. I have many vices that are a work-in-progress (with regard to cutting them out of my life), so, instead of expounding on them all, I am going to go ahead and just bullet point 'em... Here goes, in no particular order:
- wine
- food - specifically good food, comfort food, rich food, lots of flavors/seasonings/lard/butter/cream
- oreos - yes this is food, but it needs a bullet of it's own as I can sit and eat an entire package in one sitting if left along with a package of the chocolate cream-filled goodies.mmmmm.
- reading blogs during work - probably shouldn't be admitting to this on a public forum, but it is the truth (and I seriously limit it to my lunch hour!)
- facebook at home, work and on my phone twenty-four.seven!
- beer
- food
- .....
Are you seeing the pattern here? I plan on seriously looking into the food issue, as I really believe I have a problem with stuffing food in my face constantly without being hungry food addiction, and binging. It is a serious problem that I plan to tackle into the New Year.
With regard to the wine and beer, while I could cut back on it - this is one of the vices that I really enjoy after a hard day's work - or when out with the girls. The problem lies in that I often have more than my moderated amount (ifyaknowwhatimean). I guess it wouldn't kill me to make some adjustments, and stress moderation.
What are your vices? What do you want to work on in 2012?

Clever title - made me smile!
In fact, I think a good prompt could be, "If the body is a temple, what kind of temple is yours?"
Something about the word "vices" made me think they had to be really deep and dark, but after reading your post, I feel like going back and changing mine from yesterday!
See ya tomorrow! :)
