I wrote this post..., and this one.... - Yes, just a measly few days/weeks ago. I have since gained 2 lbs. (I know, I know... big deal. But when I have been consistently losing, that is hard info to swallow. Coincidentally, I didn't have a hard time swallowing all else that went into my trap!).
The truth is, I had a hard time getting motivated the past week or so. I have also noticed the foul mood I have been in over the past week or so... Well, putting two and two together means that I really need to start moving again. While I don't consider myself depressed in any way shape or form, this article really does make sense, and just might be the motivation I need.
So let's try this again... This hump day, will be the first day of my 30 Day Shred.
Seriously this time.

Oh, don't know if you have seen my status updates for today, but not being able to walk due to my head throbbing with mucus or the fact my daughter didn't nap probably is the reason I lost my shit multiple times today. HELL YES there is a connection. My body missed it terrible. No time tomorrow either, but here's to Friday, a nice LONG walk then. Good luck to you.

Big time - I have not left for lunch but once this week. I am starting to feel antsy, and couped up. Going to try to get out this afternoon - I know I am doing it to myself, I just need to push myself away from the desk and go... Fingers crossed!
