Refreshing...

There is so much I would like to blog about, but that is not what today is for...

Today, I am going to put it all out on the table.  I am going to jump out of my insecurity, and "take it all off" if you will.  I have alot going on in the physical sense of my world (running, #kickassapril, biking, strength) - and since the beginning of April (yes, last weekend) I have recommitted myself to my goals of getting healthier and losing this extra weight.

With that came a fresh weigh in, a plotted out workout calender/plan, measurements and a brand spankin' new calorie/nutrition counter.  I am a very visual person, and I want to not only record, but see my losses/gains (by gains, I mean progress - not pounds).  We all know there is only one way to do that, photos.  So without further ado, I give you my my half nekked "before" pictures...

...so yeah, there it is.  All of me...for everyone to see.

I need accountability peeps, I need you to remind me that I want to look at these pics one month from now, and see noticable changes.  I need to work for these changes by tracking and moving.

With that, I am outta here... The sun is shining and the warm weather is calling my name to get out there and move.

What are you doing to renew your goals that were set earlier this year (or even last year)?

*Bet my husband never thought I would be posting these pics for all the world to see when he took these.

good for you! I didn't post my pics until I had an after. im a chicken shit. But I will say,. that after hitting my after, i have gained 16 lbs, so I have posted my before/after photo on my fridge. lol

You are going to feel amazing when you reach your goal.

I love my fitness pal for accountability, it tracks your calories and takes your workouts and subtracts those and gives you a running total of what you can still eat each day, and tells you what you need more/less of.

good luck, and keep on moving lady!!
