Stepping it up...

My plan for the week of Feb. 6th.  I might be a tad overzealous this week, but I really need to start doing alittle something everyday to get stronger, and be the best me I can be.



I have been very cautious with not overdoing it since I started running last September.  However, in order to reach my weight loss goals, I really need to seriously incorporate some movement into everyday.  I am going to try this schedule out and see how the week goes.
