Another Monday, another plan. Last week went alright, however I am still struggling with getting on a "schedule." I know that things come up, and some days I just won't feel like doing anything (no excuse!) and that is why my weekly plan is edited as needed. But there is a reason I plan the workouts when I do, and I really want to work on sticking with it as published on Mondays.
Goal for this week - stick to the plan as written today.
Coming into a very busy weekend/week (wedding, and than my little monkees - and one big monkee - will be in town for the next week) - it's more important than ever at this point in time to get the workouts in and log the miles for the week.
