It all starts with a plan

Monday, Monday, Monday... you sneaky little devil.  You arrive every week right after Sunday, yet every week, I am just as surprised as the last when you show up.

Every Sunday, I plan to "make a plan" as to how to tackle the week.  Since this week is a Rest Week from #10kin100days, I want to get in a couple of sessions with my girl Jillian (OK, she's not really my girl, and I really dislike her after the sessions... but you get it).   I also have a race this weekend, the Chase Your Shadow 5k in New Franklin - so fresh legs are in order as I try for a new PR.

This is my plan for the week.


*Edited 1/31/12 @ 10:54am: So, my plan to Shred it last night was thwarted by an after work errand that turned into grocery shopping and than having to get home and make dinner for my starving hubs.  Excuses, I know - but I am back at it today, and plan on making it a STRONG day!

I love that you are running a race called Chase Your Shadow. I didn't think to look for a race around Groundhog's Day.

I thought it looked fun - couldn't find anything closer to the Cleveland area when I was planning my "12 in 12" so it will be like an adventure! Just hoping the weather holds out as I am still not all that crazy about running in the snow!
