It's is August 1st. Summer is moving along just like it has in the years before it, we've just hit the downhill slope into all things fall. The weather may not be reflecting this change just yet, but it's coming. And I can not wait!
The month of August brings an end to many things that we had going on such as The Biggest Loser Comp. I succeeding in losing 4.6 pounds since May. Which brings me to the new things the month of August is opening to... I am committing to 30 days of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. (Want to join...? Check it out here before tomorrow night). I have three weeks until the next Biggest Loser Comp and I really want to make some progress this round (and before!).
Also, inspired by Nanay, I made a plan for myself - calendar and all - for the month of August. You will notice I am also going to try my hand at Jillian's Yoga Meltdown this month too... wish me luck - I have never ventured into yoga, but figure it will help keep from getting bored with the same old routine.
So there ya have it for August - new day, new month, new me!
