Top o'the mornin' to ya my Irish lads and lasses!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Today - me and my green stained mouth are out traversing the great city of Cleveland in search of Shamrocks and Leprachauns!
This is where I will not be (I miss it dearly every year, but soon realize that large crowds, lots of beer and being crammed into small spaces just about send me into anxiety attacks, so the nostalgia quickly fades)...
No, I will be out (in full Irish party prop attire) test tasting all of the corn beef I come across, and practicing my "OMG, it is soo great to see you!" smile for when I run into those that I haven't seen since last St. Patty's Day - and who to tell the truth, I only ever run into on this day...
Oh the fun to be had!
...now, if only I were Irish!

Are you already drinking?!? It is TASTE-TESTING, not test-tasting - ha ha! And we ARE actually Irish, even if only in our baby toe! But it still counts. And hey, EVERYONE is Irish on St Patty's Day! Be safe, have fun, and tell all those I know I say hello. Don't forget to fill me in on any new gouge :)
